At Front Door Studio, each doormat is handmade and customized specifically for your order. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.
Returns
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on custom or personalized items.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@shopfrontdoorstudio.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
If the issue is determined to be due to an error on our part, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Personalization Errors
Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details before placing an order. We are not responsible for errors submitted during checkout, including misspellings, incorrect dates, numbers, or other custom information provided by the customer.
Shipping Delays
Once an order has been shipped, Front Door Studio is not responsible for carrier delays, damages, lost packages, or delivery issues beyond our control. However, we will do our best to assist you in working with the shipping carrier.
