Order Processing
All of our doormats are handmade and made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. During holidays, sales events, and peak seasons, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 2–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Front Door Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at hello@shopfrontdoorstudio.com.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Front Door Studio is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier. However, we are happy to assist customers in filing claims or locating packages when possible.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@shopfrontdoorstudio.com and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
